Malibu Hot Chocolate – 26

Malibu Hot Chocolate

    Cook Time: Microwave Time 1-2 Minutes

Chocolate and Rum are a great combination. Malibu Rum is a coconut Rum and when you mix it with Hot Chocolate, the result is the drink version of German Chocolate Cake. Fabulous combination.

Equipment: Bullet or Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup hot chocolate
  • 1 ½ ounces of Malibu Rum
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Sprinkles

Process

  1. Put milk, hot chocolate and rum in a blender.
  2. Mix for a few seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into a two-cup microwaveable measuring cup and microwave 1 minute or until heated to your satisfaction.
  4. Stir and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
